Jim Baker

Jim Baker joins the Wood Lumber Company with 35 years of industry experience on Cape Cod. Jim will be handling inside sales and the purchasing of lumber and building materials. Jim has vast product knowledge and will be an excellent source for any of your special order lumber and building material needs. Jim and his family live in Wellfleet.

Doug Tholke

Doug joined Wood Lumber in 1994 after 22 years as a builder. Doug built his own home. He enjoys smaller woodworking projects these days, including building a kayak, skiff and miscellaneous finishing touches to the Wood Lumber showroom.

Doug is a graduate of Middlebury College and has an MBA from Boston University. He is a valuable source of information to our contractors and homeowners alike. He is the cornerstone of our inside sales team.

An avid biker, Doug can be seen riding the roads of the Upper Cape.

Jonathan Piers

Jonathan Piers joins Wood Lumber with several years experience in the building materials industry. His specialty is Andersen windows, but Jonathan has a wide variety of construction experience and can help contractors and homeowners with their projects.

An avid runner, Jonathan and his family live in Sandwich.

Dave Bosselman

Dave Bosselman came to Wood Lumber after working for a building company for several years. His degree is in business administration from Roger Williams College. He also lived in Iowa for three years taking classes at Iowa State University in Construction Engineering. He and his wife, Julie, designed and built their home in North Falmouth.

Dave is primarily an outside salesman, but spends time in the showroom with homeowners as they make the many decisions to make the house in the blueprints their home.

A skier and biker, Dave calls Franconia Notch his second home.

Manny Botelho

Manny has joined the Wood Lumber Company as an outside salesman. He has worked his way up in the building industry over the last 15 years. He has designed and built his own home. Manny enjoys visiting the job sites and working with the contractors in solving their often challenging project needs. Manny is a licensed construction supervisor.

A lifelong resident of Falmouth, Manny is conversational in Portuguese, is an avid sports fan and is on the board of Falmouth Pop Warner football. He has two children.

Tony Malone

Tony Malone adds more than 30 years of experience to Wood Lumber’s seasoned inside sales team. He has in depth knowledge of all aspects of the building business from estimating to framing, millwork, siding and roofing.

Tony came to the Cape in 1994 from New York. He and his family live in Sandwich.

Paul Richards and John Sylvia

At the sales desk of the showroom, you can find the team of Paul and John.

Paul has been at Wood Lumber since 2001 and is making the move "inside". Most of our customers have been assisted by Paul in the lumber yard since that time. He has strong product knowledge and hands-on experience as well. Paul and his family live in Sandwich.

John has been at Wood Lumber since 1986. He worked in the hardware department until 2006 and has been at the showroom sales counter since then. John is very knowledgeable about building materials. He is a native of Falmouth and now lives in Mashpee with his wife and daughters.
